Millennium Campus Network’s Millennium Fellowship U.S.-MENA Exchange connects undergraduate students from universities across the Middle East and North Africa and the United States in a virtual environment where they engage in leadership development training, dialogue, and collaboration on projects aimed at advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants explore leadership and intercultural communication as they support one another in creating impact initiatives. The program prepares young people to drive projects while building a network of global leaders.

Activities

Participants engage in various activities including leadership development training, virtual conversations, and collaboration on impact projects that address the SDGs. The program includes synchronous virtual sessions via Zoom, asynchronous discussions on the Millennium Fellowship portal, and global webinars featuring industry leaders. Additional activities include virtual networking events that help fellows expand their professional networks, and informal “SDG Conversation Hours” on weekends, where participants engage in open discussions focused on specific SDGs. The program culminates in a virtual graduation ceremony to celebrate the achievements of participants and showcase their projects.
