The AAC&U Institute comprises two parallel online professional development tracks tailored for teaching faculty, instructional designers, and academic administrators. Through collaboration with virtual exchange/COIL experts, participants benefit from COIL-modeled blended professional development, customized mentoring, campus visits, valuable resources, and engaging online peer interactions within a diverse international cohort. Participants receive mentorship, stipends, access to extensive alumni networks, and engagement within higher education communities upon completion of this training.
