Local Roots, Global Reach: Enhancing Community Connections through COIL is a transformative training program designed to intertwine global learning with local community engagement. With an emphasis on COIL’s effectiveness when integrated with local contexts—heritage language speakers, small businesses aiming for internationalization, NGOs, and other key local institutions— this training prepares participants to master the art of connecting their surroundings with higher education institutions. This strategic mapping enables a focused effort on fostering deep connections between international education and local community development so that COIL initiatives can thrive. Join us to redefine global learning’s boundaries, making it as impactful locally as it is globally.
