Soliya offers several theme-based workshops designed to empower professionals with empathic online engagement skills:
- Communication & Conflict Management focuses on maintaining constructive communication in times of tension, and equips participants with effective conflict communication skills useful in any professional or personal setting.
- Emotional Intelligence: Building Empathy & Managing Strong Emotions provides participants with the skills to notice and acknowledge emotions in online discussions, and how to manage them constructively while leaning into empathy.
Participants receive certificates of completion.

Participant profile
Any role is eligible Soliya emphasizes engaging disenfranchised young people from underprivileged backgrounds and those with limited opportunities and access. Soliya’s team of staff and trainers is deeply diverse and the training content is designed to cater for learners from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
