Through this training, facilitators and participants engage in cross-cultural learning, fostering connections with peers worldwide. It also contributes to a global community of learners, and promotes understanding and friendship across borders. Participants receive certificates, mentorship, access to grants, and an alumni network.

Educators (Faculty/Teachers/Learning Facilitators) and program coordinators in the United States, Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia who reach middle school/grades 6-8, high school/grades 9-12, and young adults
